Henna Party - 2hr - $222

Have you ever wanted to get henna for you and your friends for an event but market cost is too high? One elaborate design can easily cost up to $50 and if its a family wanting an outing with all the kids, a birthday party, a girl’s night, a youth group, etc. this can not only add up, but in a market setting, designs may not be able to be fixed as easily. You also might want to adjust the designs to fit your theme!

Why not, instead, book a henna party for you and your friends? For two hours, you and others can get a design that’s been discussed prior, we can fit everyone in, and for a considerably lower cost!

Treat yourself and others to beautiful temporary body art where you can be in a comfortable setting of your choice, and make sure everyone is included!

Details:

This is for the booking and sale of a 2 hour henna party serving as many people that can fit into a 2-hour period. (This listing covers half of the base price for a henna party booking with the remaining delivered upon completion of services.)

For 20-25 people, very simple and quick designs will be offered (can be completed in less than 5m) and may not be able to fit everyone in unless there is a very tightly organized line with everyone knowing exactly what they want prior to sitting.

For less than 20, we can work together on a set of designs that are slightly more complicated. For an even smaller group (5-6), more complex designs can be done for all members.

I can work with the party organizer on a set of 5-10 designs (depending on amount of participants) that fit the theme of the event and are approved beforehand. I have the liberty as the artist to deny requests that copy others’ artwork. However we can use other designs as inspiration to come up with our own original designs for the event.


Listing includes:

  • 5-10 custom designs that are agreed upon between the artist and organizer

  • use of my materials: table, chairs, glitter, henna, and cleaning items

  • option between henna and hengua mix

  • travel within a 20-minute distance (additional fees for additional travel)

  • discussion on the organization of the event and the best way to fit in the desired amount of participants

  • 15m set up prior, 2 hours of active henna completing, and 15m to pack up—a total of 2.5 hours at your location, and one hour of travel and loading for myself for this event. (My travel + set up + active work + packing up + travel back home — for a total of approx 3.5 hours.)

Note:

Groups of children under 7 will be encouraged to have >5 events with one fix after smudging. With limited time, there will not be a way to be continually fixing designs and do designs on all children, if there are more than 10. Children that cannot sit still may not have as clean as a design as others, and we can discuss if we should allot extra time for them or if that’ll result in another child not being able to receive a design.
